Priorities FOR 2025-26
Priority 1
Develop processes to support leaders to identify, collate and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to understand the needs of their disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils, and continually monitor the progress of their strategy. This will include both attainment and access to wider opportunities.
Priority 2
Further strengthen curriculum precision to ensure pupil mastery of the curriculum through a focus on problem solving, through the use of graphic organisers, story-telling pedagogy and meticulous use of assessment.
Priority 3
Greater depth writing-Improve the percentage of pupils working at greater depth in writing, ensuring this positively impacts combined attainment measures while continuing to maintain momentum with children reaching expected

To continue to implement the behaviour curriculum and align to the Trust implementation of positive regard.
Priority 5
How can the development of systematic teaching of language and writing transcription support the most vulnerable boys in the early years so they are more prepared for the transition into year 1?
Priority 6
Through collaborative lesson study and professional development, enable all teachers to expert at translating curriculum content into explanations and learning activities where teaching choices are highly sensitive to, and effective in, the context of the subject or phase.
